NEW YORK - David Neville and Marcus Wainwright of Rag & Bone may have been overlooked for the Swarovski's Perry Ellis prize in men's wear at the CFDA Fashion Awards held last June, but the pair will soon have a second chance at gaining recognition-they've just been named as finalists for the annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award.
