CARSON, Calif. -- LNR Property Corp. (LNR) and Hopkins Real Estate Group (HREG), developers of the 168-acre site currently referred to as the Carson Marketplace, have received unanimous approval on the Owner's Participation Agreement (OPA) from the city of Carson's Redevelopment Agency. The approval by the agency, which is made up of the mayor and city council members, marks the last major approval required before project initiation.
