Roberto Herrera, who fled Cuba in the 1970s, sat in his Minneapolis apartment Wednesday happily watching news of Fidel Castro's potential demise. "My hope is for the worst of this man," said Herrera, a retired factory worker. "There is no dictator who is more of a dictator than Fidel." Meanwhile, Victor Valens cooked spicy black beans in his Minneapolis restaurant and got steamed up himself over Miami's Cuban exiles telling Cubans to rise up and overthrow the Castro regime.
