Aug. 3--To Kitty Woods, mother of six and caretaker of her disabled husband, the volunteer workers who arrived at her Airway Heights home early Monday were angels, saints with paint scrapers and brushes.

Their task this week is to give Woods' electric-blue house a much-needed paint job. It has been 18 years since it was last painted, and this time the Woods opted for white with royal blue trim.
