MINNEAPOLIS, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Jostens Inc. (NYSE: JOS) told employees today that it is realigning its U.S. Photography and Canada operations to enable the company to better develop the North American photo processing market and maximize its plant capacity and effectiveness.
As part of this realignment, Jostens will consolidate its six photo processing facilities in the United States and Canada into four. The company will close its plants in Clinton, Miss., by April 30, and Lake Forest, Calif., by June 30. Both are leased facilities.
