BEAUTIFUL BARCELONA which happens to be one of my favorite cities in the world is being showcased in a food festival now ongoing at the Gambrinus Bar & Sol y Sombra restaurant of the Hotel Intercontinental in Makati.
Barcelona, whose most famous son is the eccentric architect/ artist Gaudi with his still unfinished (after over a century) Sagrada Familia cathedral, is the cultural capital and hub of Spain's Catalonia region.
The Sabor de Barcelona food festival was launched before a mixed audience of government, diplomatic, business, travel and society folks who got quite a culinary overview of Barcelonian cuisine.
