IRVINE, Calif., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Interventional Systems (NASDAQ: LAIS) today announced results for the year ended Dec. 31, 1993. Net revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 1993, were $12,845,000, a decrease of 8 percent from $14,017,000 for 1992. Net loss for the year was $14,066,000, or $1.40 per share, compared with a net loss of $9,864,000, or $1.04 per share, in the prior year.
Net sales for the 1993 fourth quarter totaled $2,939,000, vs. $3,443,000 for the same period in 1992. Net loss for the quarter was $5,422,000, or 54 cents per share, compared with a loss in the fourth quarter last year of $6,495,000, or 67 cents per share.
