Writing in the late 1920s, Nobel Prize winner and physiologist Charles Richet said that experiments with a Polish psychic convinced him there was no doubt about the existence of the sixth sense. In fact, he argued that even if those experiments were the only ones available "they would be sufficient to carry conviction with them" (Richet, n.d., p. 162).
