NEW YORK, Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- DigitalLife (http://www.digitallife.com/ ), Ziff Davis Media's leading consumer electronics and digital technology event, today announced details of its 2006 Pro-Am Video Game Tournament. The event will again be produced by the Global Gaming League (GGL), the worldwide leader in online and live video game tournaments and events. Thousands of videogame players will take part in online qualifying rounds for the opportunity to appear in person and compete for up to $100,000 in cash and prizes at the DigitalLife consumer electronics event held October 12-15, 2006 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
