Aug 07, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- In a further indication of the tightening Brisbane office market, Riparian Plaza has been all but leased out. KPMG has signed up for the remaining five vacant floors in the Multiplex development, leaving just a half-floor where a prospective tenant has already agreed to lease terms. According to the Property Council of Australia, Brisbane's office vacancy rate crashed to 2.3% in July 2006.
