WILMINGTON, Del., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company announces the formation of Endo Laboratories L.L.C., a separate, generic pharmaceutical company. The new company will focus on research, development, manufacturing and distribution of generic pharmaceuticals and will operate as a subsidiary of The DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company.
