A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man connected to the Star Ridge animal abuse and neglect case.
Dale E. Axelson failed to appear for an arraignment Monday at Preston County Circuit Court, county Prosecutor Mel Snyder said.
Axelson is believed to live in the Baltimore area.
