Aug. 9--Location would lure visitors farther into city EDMOND -- Site No. 1 is on the southeast corner of 15th Street and Interstate 35. Odell gave this site high rankings in most of its criteria, a medium ranking on infrastructure utilities and a low ranking on proximity to existing hotels, restaurants and retail. This site would be across from the new Fox Lake Wal-Mart Supercenter and other shopping outlets that are being built on the west side of I-35.
