Johannesburg - Some of Spoornet's largest customers have complained about the company's service, raising concerns that the rail utility is unable to cope with increasing demand for rail freight.
Spoornet's ability to provide efficient and cheap freight transport services is crucial to the government's plan to grow the economy at 6 percent through the accelerated and shared growth initiative for SA.
