Trelleborg A.B. has acquired two privately held companies through its Engineered Systems business and expects to purchase a third by the third quarter.
The firm's latest set of acquisitions kicked off in late June when Trelleborg bought Finland-based Mar-Con Group. The company has about 90 employees and annual sales of $16.7 million.
Mar-Con Group is a niche player in elastomer applications for the electronics and telecom sectors, Trelleborg said.
