Jim Heiser has been promoted to president of sales at Individualized Shirts, a division of IAG. Formerly a vice-president and national sales manager based in Florida, he will rotate between that office and the company's New York headquarters. He replaces Joe Blair, who was promoted last year to president of IAG, which has 13 different businesses in men's wear and textiles.
