Ukraine's Comintern pipe plant to issue new shares
DNIPROPETROVSK. Aug 11 (Interfax) - Shareholders of the Comintern Metallurgical Plant (Cominmet), a Ukrainian pipemaker, approved a new share issue at an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday in order to raise investment to finance current operations.
The issue of 25,097,960 new shares with par value of 0.25 hryvni will increase charter capital by 24.2%, or 6.274 million hryvni, to 32.2 million hryvni from the current 25.926 million hryvni. The shares will be placed in two stages, from November 1 to 17 and from November 18 to 30.
