HOUSTON, TX, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DKRW Advanced Fuels LLC (DKRW), headquartered in Houston, Texas and SNC-Lavalin GDS Inc., of Houston and SNC-Lavalin Constructors Inc. of Bothell, WA, wholly owned subsidiaries of SNC-Lavalin , announced today that they have formed an alliance to develop, design and construct a number of coal-to-liquids fuel projects that are valued in excess of a billion dollars.
