CHICAGO _ It's unwise to give Tiger Woods bulletin-board material. He uses it as a motivational tool, as Michael Jordan did, to psych himself up and then devour his opponent.
Dave Pelz certainly isn't looking to motivate Woods. But he is never shy about voicing an opinion, especially about Phil Mickelson, whom he serves as short-game instructor and strategist.
"When Phil's at his best, I'm thinking nobody can beat him," Pelz said.
Does Pelz's bold pronouncement include a certain player who has won 50 PGA Tour titles and 11 majors?
