Aug. 15--SIDON, Lebanon -- The day the missiles and bombs stopped flying between Hezbollah guerrillas and Israeli soldiers, the refugees inching their way through this southern port town were tired, sweaty, anxious--and smiling. "It's a very big victory. We're going back with our heads held high," said Muhammed Qassem as he steered his car Monday past the broken bridges and rubble along Lebanon's coastal highway and toward his home in the war-battered city of Tyre near the border with Israel.
