INTERNATIONAL FALLS, Minn., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the Koochiching Economic Development Authority (KEDA) announced today the City of International Falls purchased ten acres of riverfront property on August 7, 2006. The City's acreage is along U.S. Highway 11 East, directly west of the Pat Roche Landing and comes with roughly 500 feet of shoreline.
Ultimate Development LLC., a log home developer, initially purchased the 60-acre Boise Cascade riverfront property. Ultimate Development LLC. then completed a sale of ten acres of the property to the City of International Falls.
