Rodney Hood joked that his resume contains that four-letter word, bank, to people that best get the joke.

Hood, the vice chairman of the National Credit Union Administration, spoke before a group of about 50 credit union executives last month, telling them of his past affiliations with the likes of Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank.

Hood was in San Diego attending the annual meeting of WesCorp, the national clearinghouse entity serving credit unions. and stopped for a luncheon speech at California Coast Credit Union before returning to Washington, D.C.
