Vista Group Holdings LLC completed its acquisition of Outlook Group Corp. The company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vista Group and Vista has changed its name to Outlook Group Holdings LLC.
As a result of the merger, the common stock of Outlook Group was converted into the right to receive $13.50 per share in cash, and will no longer be quoted on Nasdaq. Shareholders who hold certificates for Outlook Group shares will receive instructions for turning in their certificates and receiving their cash payments. The registration ...
