Aug. 17--The fallout from Dell Inc.'s recall of 4.1 million notebook batteries fell on an Oklahoma City battery business Wednesday like an unexpected summer shower. Dell recommended users of its notebook computers visit www.dellbatteryprogram.com to determine if their battery was one of the models recalled because of a potential fire or explosion danger. If the battery model is listed, users were urged to remove it immediately from their computer and request a new one.
