CLEVELAND -- Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:FCEA) (NYSE:FCEB) today announced its largest tenant, the global asset management firm Legg Mason, for the 52-story, 1.5-million-square-foot New York Times Building, which is nearing completion in Manhattan.
Forest City said Legg Mason has agreed to lease approximately 200,000 square feet, which means that more than 75 percent of the 700,000 square feet of space owned by Forest City Ratner Companies, the New York City affiliate of Forest City Enterprises, has been leased.
