Aug. 16--AMBRIDGE -- Visiting Ambridge for the first time in five years, Colorado brownfields expert Jesse Silverstein saw a lot to like, particularly the progress on Moltoni Corp.'s plans to redevelop the former H.H. Robertson industrial site as the New Economy Business Park.
Ambridge "has a fairly successful model of brownfields revitalization going on. The fact that you have an investor here from out of the country (Australia) is amazing," Silverstein said.
Yet, after spending Monday talking with the town's residents, leaders and business people, he heard something surprising.
