LANSING, Mich., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Michigan Homeland Security Consortium (MIHSC) will bring its membership and honored guests together in Lansing on the 5th anniversary of the September 11th attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
