Aug. 20--Fighting crime in Reading requires helping children get a healthy start and directing more federal money toward crime-prevention programs, D e m o c r a t i c U.S. Senate candidate Bob Casey Jr. said Saturday after rallying a group of supporters in Muhlenberg Township.
