Librarians using COMPanion's Alexandria software were mailed a questionnaire asking them to rate Alexandria on a variety of qualities using a scale of 1-10. The results of the survey are shown in the table above.
The survey was mailed to COMPanion's 2,000 installations of Alexandria; 95 libraries responded. When multiple responses were received from one library, the responses were averaged and entered as a single response. Of the 95 respondents, 48 percent rated Service/Support "10", "Exceeds expectations." The software also earned an average score of "Better than average" in every category.
