The results of a survey in which librarians were asked to rate COMPanion's Alexandria integrated online library software are given. Of the 95 libraries that responded, 48% gave the system a 10 - on a scale of 1 to 10 - for service and support. They also rated the software "better than average" in all categories. User comments are included.
