Aug. 21--KUWAIT -- Are you a slacker? If so, then keep reading. Although Kuwait's Labour Code defines a full time workday as eight hours, many employees in Kuwait agree that they don't work more than five hours during an eight-hour workday. The phenomenon of "being paid to waste time" is not restricted to Kuwait. A joint America Online-Salary.com survey revealed that the average worker admits to frittering away 2.09 hours of an eight-hour workday.
