Guarantees to Fundusz Mikro and Constanta Foundation to Help Develop, Support Microfinance in Poland and Georgia
WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ACCION International, continuing to expand its international reach in microfinance, today announced that it has recently extended loan guarantees through its Global Bridge Fund to two microfinance institutions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The Global Bridge Fund has extended a $1 million guarantee for 18 months to Fundusz Mikro, a leading Polish microfinance institution (MFI), and a $500,000 guarantee for 18 months to the Constanta Foundation, a leading microfinance institution in the Republic of ...
