Members interested in serving on the inaugural nine-member committees for State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice Certification or for Intellectual Property Law Certification should send a letter and resume to Bar President Hank Coxe at The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee 32399-2300, no later than September 1.
The minimum qualifications for initial appointment may be found in Rule 6-3.2, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Generally, appointees shall be eminent attorneys in the practice field, members in good standing and admitted to The Florida Bar no less than 10 years.
