On July 12th, the National Development Reform Commission(NDRC) announced that it has approved three chemical projects.
CPL Project: With a capacity of 120 000 t/a of caprotactam (CPL), jointly invested by Cangzhou Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Huashida Chemical Group Co., Ltd.(Chinese phonetic alphabet), using phenol process, the integrated project includes phenol-based 120 000 t/a cyclohexanone and 120 000 t/a CPL units, as well as other matching facilities such as 64 000 cubic meters/ hour of gas unit, 80 000 t/a of synthetic ammonia unit, and 28 000 cubic meters/ h oxygen of air separation unit.
