Aug. 23--JEFFERSON CITY -- It's been almost five years since the Jefferson City football team has been in the playoffs. For most football programs, that's a drought. In Jefferson City, it's more like an apocalyptic famine. For a town that reveres its high school football, and a Jays program that has won 22 district titles and 10 state championships since 1976, Jefferson City is dying for a winner. Enter Ted LePage.
