ATLANTA, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Goizueta Business School of Emory University's Center for Relationship Marketing and Ernst & Young have joined forces to conduct the first comprehensive "best practices" study on relationship marketing.
The far-reaching study examines leading companies' practices of relationship marketing, a discipline that is emerging throughout the world as a key paradigm of business strategy.
