Aug. 24--Morning commuters hoping to escape traffic-clogged West Dodge Road are spilling over onto other streets. But that's creating a new problem. East-west routes such as West Maple Road and Pacific Street are getting busier, causing hassles for people who normally use those streets for their morning commutes.
