Aug. 24--Morning commuters hoping to escape traffic-clogged West Dodge Road are spilling over onto other streets. But that's creating a new problem. East-west routes such as West Maple Road and Pacific Street are getting busier, causing hassles for people who normally use those streets for their morning commutes. The city has been monitoring the traffic troubles and added time to the green light on West Dodge at 120th Street.
