MEMPHIS, Tenn., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc. (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the "Company") today reported financial results for its fiscal 2006 second quarter ended July 9, 2006.
Highlights for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 as compared to the second quarter of fiscal 2005 were:

("WRG") on May 3, 2006. WRG operates casual dining restaurants
