Aug. 25--The San Ramon Valley school district celebrated the opening of its newest campus in the rapidly-growing Dougherty Valley east of San Ramon on Thursday. But Quail Run Elementary is only one of many new or renovated school facilities to greet students when classes resume Monday. The district, which encompasses San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Blackhawk and Diablo, also has major new facilities at all three of its comprehensive high schools.
