Responding to changing communications needs and the shrinking defense budget, DoD is revisiting the military satellite communications plans it laid out in the Bottom Up Review, according to a senior defense official.
The latest review could result in changes to Milstar, the Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS), and other satellite communications programs.
