Aug. 27--PANDORA -- Call it a labor of love. For whatever reason, Carol Mankin couldn't walk away from her antique and collectible store in Pandora. A 2004 fire that gutted a connecting building nearly put Mankin's Ole Country Store out of business. And that was almost the last straw. "Last winter was depressing with my husband gone, my store gone. It was bad," Mankin said. "I finally decided I'm not a quitter and I like doing construction stuff and I miss the people."
