S.p.A., and its U.S. subsidiary Audio MPEG, Inc. and Creative Technology announce that SISVEL and Audio MPEG have granted to Creative a standard license under the MP3 and MPEG2 audio compression patents owned by France Telecom, TDF S.A., U.S. Philips Corporation, Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V., Institut fur Rundfunktechnik GmbH, and Bayerische Rundfunkwerbung GmbH.
