Aug. 29--To Glenn Jonas, the founder of RF Technologies Inc., too many small companies pursue too many markets. RF Technologies focused on one: health care. And that discipline helped build a company with more than $20 million in yearly sales. "You have to pick your niches," Jonas said. The company, based in Brookfield, uses radio frequency identification technology to make monitoring and security systems for nursing homes and hospitals.
