There's no question about it: Email is the most dynamic medium ever offered to nonprofit organizations.
No question about it: Email is the most misunderstood, misused, and mismanaged medium ever offered to nonprofit organizations.
That your cause is worthy is of little consequence: The World Wide Web, that great equalizer, treats all emails with parallel contempt. Your message may wind up in a spam wastebasket even as somebody selling fake Rolex watches or a fortune in a Nigerian bank gets through the maze.
