Aug. 29--It could be a perfect match: Central Florida's drought meets Ernesto. The result would be much-needed rain for shriveled lakes and parched lawns. The 10th driest year on record in Orlando has cheated many communities out of nearly a third of the 32 inches of rain expected by this time of year. Ernesto, forecast to pass through Central Florida on Wednesday, could drop 6 to 8 inches of rain, according to the National Weather Service.
