The Democratic Republic of Congo says its gigantic hydropower facility on the Inga River is the answer to Africa's electrical power shortage. The DRC's Energy Ministry says it's on the hunt for investors to fund $40bn needed to extend the Inga Hydroelectric project near the border with Angola.
