KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Inergy, L.P. (NASDAQ:NRGY) announced that its regulated subsidiary, Central New York Oil and Gas Company, LLC ("CNYOG"), has executed a definitive agreement to purchase from Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company ("TGP") the 24-mile lateral pipeline connecting Inergy's Stagecoach natural gas storage facility to TGP's Line 300 ("Stagecoach Lateral"). In addition to the purchase of the Stagecoach Lateral, Inergy also announced that it has executed an agreement to purchase a liquefied petroleum gas ("LPG") storage facility from Bath Petroleum Storage, Inc.
