Aug. 30--TWIN FALLS --School starts this week, and that's a good thing in the mind of 11-year-old Valaine Hoadley. It means no more 7 a.m. weeding sessions at the College of Southern Idaho's community gardens, where she and her mother, Lori, grow 15,000 gladioluses for sale at the Twin Falls Farmers' Market.
