Aug. 31--Pickwick Plaza, one of Greenwich's premier office properties, is under contract to be sold for more than twice what its current owners paid for it in 2002. The sale price for the 237,500-square-foot complex is about $235 million, or $987 per square foot, according to real estate sources close to the deal. The closing is scheduled to take place in December, said James Cabrera, managing partner and co-founder of Greenwich-based Antares Investment Partners, which is a 22 percent owner in the complex.
