HAVING requested an opt-out from the Royal Mail door-to-door service, I was annoyed to receive a quibble over my request. As far as I'm aware, there is no legal requirement that I should comply with this bureaucratic nonsense, which seems to have been put in place to make it as difficult as possible for the customer, no doubt to try to control any backlash from the public.
The Royal Mail is pretty moronic to suspend someone who actually 'thinks' - a pretty scarce resource, I would imagine, for the postal service.
