Aug. 31--University of Wisconsin redshirt freshman tailback P.J. Hill is a firm believer in the philosophy that it's better to give than to receive.
"I don't take hits, I like to deliver the blow," Hill said, happily. "My mindset, when I approach the games, if you deliver the hits, as the game goes along, you end up wearing the defenders down and each play, they'll approach you a different way.
"That just gives you a little edge on how you run the next play."
